• We aim to be on time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate service details and access to the property.
• Ensure pets are secured and valuables are stored safely.

We are not responsible for issues caused by unsafe conditions or restricted access.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

7. Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

8. Payments

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods may include cash or bank transfer.
